Himalayan Singing Bowls Workshop in Bangkok: May 6th

Have you ever felt the calming and soothing effects of sound therapy?

If not, then our Himalayan singing bowl workshop might be just what you need.

Himalayan singing bowls have been used for centuries in various spiritual and cultural practices to create a sense of calm and well-being.

Our workshop is designed for beginners who are interested in learning about the history, properties, and techniques of using Himalayan singing bowls for enhancing their daily practice and overall well-being. Whether you’re a yoga practitioner, a meditator, or just someone who wants to incorporate more mindfulness into your daily routine, this workshop is for you.

What to Expect in the Workshop:

The workshop is non-religious, and we welcome everyone regardless of their spiritual or cultural background. We start by exploring the history and cultural significance of Himalayan singing bowls. You’ll learn about their origins and how they have been used in various traditions over the centuries.

Next, we dive into the anatomy and sound of the bowl. You’ll discover how the bowl’s shape and size affect the sound it produces and how to strike and play the bowl to produce different tones and vibrations. You’ll also learn about the healing properties of singing bowls, including their ability to reduce stress, improve focus and clarity, and promote relaxation.

We then introduce you to the different types of Himalayan singing bowls, including their size, shape, and materials. You’ll learn how to distinguish between different bowls and how to choose the right one for different purposes.

The workshop includes plenty of hands-on practice to give you a chance to experience the healing power of singing bowls yourself. You’ll have the opportunity to practice playing singing bowls and receive guidance and feedback on your technique. We’ll also demonstrate different techniques for incorporating singing bowls into a meditation practice and discuss the benefits of using them for chanting.

Finally, we’ll end the workshop with a sound bath session. A sound bath is a form of sound therapy where participants lie down and immerse themselves in the soothing and healing sounds of singing bowls. It’s a deeply relaxing experience that helps to reduce stress and promote overall well-being.

Our Himalayan singing bowl workshop is a great way to explore the healing powers of sound therapy and learn how to use singing bowls to enhance your daily practice and overall well-being. It’s suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to incorporate more mindfulness into their daily routine.

If you’re interested in attending our workshop or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you.
